Westmoreland Intermediate Unit Joint Purchasing Consortium will be soliciting bids for Diesel Fuel and Unleaded Gasoline for the 2025-2026 school year. Presently, 12 school districts within Westmoreland County could participate. The deadline for potential vendors to register their intent to bid by submitting the appropriate sealed documents is 1:00 p.m. ET on Monday, March 7, 2025.
Registration forms must be delivered in hardcopy to: WIU Joint Purchasing, 102 Equity Drive, Greensburg PA 15601-7190. Approved vendors will be notified approximately 36 hours prior to the submission deadline for sealed bids, which will be opened and acted upon at the determined time.
